Ozark Road Hog Meeting
Meeting called to order at 10:30 with 13 members present and 3 guests. Welcome to Leroy and Royce South from Ravenden, AR and Regina/Greg's son, Landon. Introductions were made. Stu and Bernadette received applause for riding their trikes to the meeting - low of 27 this morning.
Secretaries Report was read with motion by Ron with a second from Kathy to approve.
Treasurers Report: absent
Road Captain Report: absent
Assitant Director: "Good day" and "Stu and Bernadette deserve another round of applause for riding today".
Old Business: Discussed Martha's idea of making a member informational booklet to hand out to old and new members. Stu made motion to accept and proceed with the booklet - Ron seconded. Thanks to Chris for putting together the application. Applications were completed by members present - booklet information will be obtained from the application. Gina agreeable to do photo's for the booklet.
New Business: Discussion of suspending winter meetings until spring. Stu suggested suspending the January meeting only. Greg made a motion to suspend meetings until March 5th with Ron seconding - approved with show of hands. Ron discussed the OMT/RT. 66 trike in for next Labor Day weekend - inviting the Hogs to participate.
Discussed the meeting location and time for the March meeting - Stu made motion to leave the meeting place at Ryans with 10 am for food and meeting to start @ 10:30 - with seconds made by Greg and Ron. Discussion of having a trike in locally next spring - maybe the 3rd weekend of May - Cleon suggested having a committee to search locations - Jeff, Kathy and Cleon accepted being part of the committee. More information to follow as it is discovered. Discussed having elections for officers - Ron made motion to leave officers as are with Stu seconding. Christmas party was discussed - Ron to provide more information as it develops on having a joint party @ the Masonic Lodge in Ava with OMT, RT 66, Twin Lakes. Rosie will send emails as information comes available.
