June 30, Wednesday

July 3, Saturday
Open the 4th of July parade. The theme will be “Honoring Our Veterans.” At 1300 hours, we will be the first out in the parade and travel approximately 25 mph – nonstop, until we get to the end.The Color Guard from Fort Leonard Wood will follow us.
Once completed, we will go up to the high school where the Moving Wall will be on display. We will stop over the memorial on the black top road and salute the memorial with a rolling thunder for 21 seconds.
The staging area is large enough to hold nearly 1000 motorcycles.Signs will be posted to assist riders to the staging area. The best way to get there is:
South bound on Highway 63 – turn right on Ozark Road (which goes into Cabool) then left into the large parking lot located on the southwest corner of the Ozark Road/Highway 63 intersection.
West bound on Highway 60 – get off at the 1st exit (Highway 63 to Houston) and after you cross the bridge over the railroad tracks, turn left at Ozark Road. After the turn, go left into the large parking lot located on the southwest corner of the Ozark Road/Highway 63 intersection.
East bound on Highway 60 – go to the third exit to Cabool.Head north on Highway 63 to Houston. Cross the bridge over the railroad tracks, turn left at Ozark Road. After the turn, go left into the large parking lot located on the southwest corner of the Ozark Road/Highway 63 intersection.
Once riders arrive, look for staging coordinators in high visibility vests for directions.I cannot emphasize enough that every rider counts. It is not often that we can collectively come under one banner (Red, White and Blue) to honor our veterans. The City of Cabool has open there hearts for us.I also realize that there will be many MC organizations participating.I ask that the first flag mounted on your bikes is the American Flag.Big flags are very welcomed for this parade. The expected number of bikes falls somewhere between 300 to 600 but this would only be possible if all participated.
Two announcements – They will have a grill at the staging area for those that would like to use it.There is a Poker Run scheduled for that day after the parade (1400 hours) for those interested.Meet at Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts, 810 Main Street.Pay out to first 4 places - $100/$75/$50/$25.Cost is $10 per rider.Proceeds go to the Cabool Kiwanis Club.
Staging:Starts at 1115 hours.
Briefing:At 1215 hours.
Standby:At 1250 hours.
KSU:At 1300 hours.

July 4th, Sunday
This is a special mission that will be at Fort Leonard Wood.We have been invited to escort Wounded Warriors and their families and the Gold Star families for the annual 4th of July Celebration. We will need a minimum of 8 motorcycles for this mission. As the families arrive to Fort Leonard Wood, they will be directed to a tent that the Boy Scouts will have set up, just inside the entrance of the Main Gate.As they arrive, we will escort them to the Army Community Service (ACS) building located next to the commissary. There, the families will stage their vehicles for the main event. The escorts will return to the Main Gate to again escort another family. This will be a “round robin” rotation so the more bikes we have to help, the easier it will be.At 1715 hours, all the bikes will go to the ACS building where on signal; we will escort all the families to Gammon Field for the celebration to a special parking area.We will do this with all the bikes we have available. We are invited to stay for the celebration for those that are interested. There will be a show, Salute to the Nation (50 shots of the cannons, one for each state in our Union), and concluded by an impressive fireworks display.
Staging:1400 hours just inside the Main Gate to Fort Leonard Wood
Briefing: 1405 hours
KSU: 1430 hours
