Those 3 words never crossed my mind.  The world is such a better place now that we agree, isn't it?  Yep - it's been a good day!

I'm not a very good secretary - so if anyone sees any corrections that I need to make bring them to me!  I keep hoping the director will fire me -- but he says he's just gonna whip me into shape.  Probably if I could keep my mouth shut I could do a better job of taking notes!  Thanks to all of you for putting up with me!!!

ORH Meeting

March 5th, 2010

Meeting called to order @ 10:15.

Cleon welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Cleon mentioned that the Assistant Director had towed in a fine ride for the meeting - an enclosed golf cart. Greg stated that his momma didn't raise no dummy.

Secretaries report was read and approved.

Treasurers's report was read and approved.

Road Captain - Doc passed around paper for us to put down our wish list for road trips this year.

Activities Report - Pam talked about putting together a swap meet locally to get rid of our gently used bike related items. Having a trike/bike show was discussed with a date of April 3rd decided upon - it will take place after the regular meeting. Also discussed was a small entry fee of $5 to add to the chapter coffers. Jeff moved to approve and Jack seconded. Cleon will check with Wal-mart for the use of their parking lot. Pam will make up flyers. Cleon will contact the Quill for an ad. Dale suggested that we have 3 classes: People Choice, Lady's Choice and Men's Choice - in both the Trike and Bike class. Cleon nominated Chris to make up the certificates - she showed some that she had made for the Twin Lakes Chapter. Dale seconded.

Old Business: Thanks to Jim for putting together the ORH forum.

New Business: Randy suggested that the minutes be posted on the forum after the meeting. Gina suggested making a group page on face book for members to chat.

Next Meeting : April 3rd @ 10

50/50: $22.50 won by Pam and donated back to the chapter.
